This product is a high-density, transmit-only miniature optical transceiver module in an 81-pin BGA (Ball Grid Array) package, configured with 12 transmit channels (12Tx). It operates at 3.3V and features a wide operating temperature range from -55℃ to 85℃, enabling stable operation in harsh environments. The module supports data transmission rates from 1 Gbps up to 10.3125 Gbps.
Utilizing a miniaturized BGA package, it offers excellent board-level reliability and advantages for high-density layouts. The module is equipped with a 12-channel MT or MPO connector and supports customizable pigtail lengths, facilitating flexible system integration.
Designed as an I/O solution specifically for high-speed unidirectional data streaming, this module is available with an optional 850nm multimode laser. It is suitable for short-distance multimode fiber (MMF) applications requiring high-density transmission, with a typical transmission distance of up to 100 meters.
